Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your existing number. We turn on call forwarding so only the calls you don't answer go to the AI receptionist.
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
The receptionist sounds natural and friendly, and it introduces itself as your virtual assistant. Most callers are simply glad someone answered.
What if a caller has an urgent problem?
On Pro and Custom plans, the receptionist can transfer urgent calls straight to your cell. On every plan, you get a summary within seconds of the call ending.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. After the first 3 months you can cancel anytime, with no long-term contract. Turning off call forwarding takes one short code on your phone.
What happens to call recordings and transcripts?
They're used only to send you your summaries and are deleted after a set retention period. We never sell your data or your customers' data.
How long does a website take?
A Basic Website is usually ready within one to two weeks of receiving your content: your logo, photos, services and contact details. We can help write the text.
Can I add a website or receptionist later?
Yes. Start with either one and add the other anytime. We'll move you to the combo price from your next bill.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days from when you complete the questionnaire. Turning on forwarding takes about 5 minutes.
