Extra minutes beyond your plan are $0.25 a minute. The $99 setup fee is charged only if you continue after your free trial, and is waived on annual plans. Plans have a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel anytime.

Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your existing number. We turn on call forwarding so only the calls you don't answer go to the AI receptionist.
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
The receptionist sounds natural and friendly, and it introduces itself as your virtual assistant. Most callers are simply glad someone answered.
What if a caller has an urgent problem?
Urgent call transfer is coming soon. Current plans provide email call summaries so you can review requests and follow up.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. After the first 3 months you can cancel anytime, with no long-term contract. Turning off call forwarding takes one short code on your phone.
What happens to call recordings and transcripts?
They're used only to send you your summaries and are deleted after a set retention period. We never sell your data or your customers' data.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days from when you complete the questionnaire. Turning on forwarding takes about 5 minutes.
